Great wildlife park, bigger than the car park would led you to believe, very family-friendly. Pram access everywhere (aside from where the Lemurs reside), lots of shade throughout the park. Lovely big playground at the start, lots of close animal encounters, very beautiful wooden walkways with interactive info panels.

Amazing value for money! There is so much to see with educational boards throughout the sanctuary. For a dollar coin donation you can feed the lorikeets at 8am, this was by far my favourite experience! Within the day pass you also get access to feedings, shows and talks. I could easily spend all day there! You can roam at your own pace too. I highly recommend booking a day pass if you are ever in the Gold Coast, you won't want to miss out on this amazing experience, trust me!! I will definetly return, it was so much fun.

This place is awesome, better than a certain well known Australian zoo.The price is reasonable-value for money.Fantastic place to visit and see the animals. The staff were friendly and very insightful. I love the set up of the park, especially with the train. The train makes it easy for anyone to move around the park so you won’t miss any show.

This place is amazing. There is an wild eel feeding session! The bird show was so good we went to the afternoon session too. I loved the miniature train. The water park was a great ending to the visit for our 5yo. The cafe served yummy food. If you like animals it's a must-visit

I normally don't like zoos. But this place felt peaceful, and the animals all had space. Loved that the kangaroo area had a barrier for the kangaroos to freely move to where they could get people free space. The train going around is useful to get an overview of the park, kangaroo feeding was a definite highlight, and the blinky bill show was great.

I booked a behind the scenes experience for my team at work to thank them for all their hard work during the year. Tiffany was super helpful to engage, and worked on a tailored package for us that suited multiple cultures and ages. I can't speak more highly of her professionalism and that of the keepers that made our day one that we will never forget.Oh and the FOOD!! WOW.....a two course banquet fit for royalty. It was absolutely superb.

All the staff here are super friendly. As someone who comes here a lot, make sure to visit thethe bird habitat. It is nice and quiet and feels like a different world all together. Also check out the turtle place. The rushing water background noise is calming and good for meditation.. Busiest days are usually Saturday and Sunday.

I had the most incredible experience visiting the Koala Sanctuary in Gold Coast! It was a haven of tranquility and a true paradise for these adorable creatures. As soon as I entered the sanctuary, I was greeted by lush greenery and the sweet aroma of eucalyptus, which is the koalas' favorite treat. The sanctuary was meticulously designed to resemble the koalas' natural habitat, with spacious enclosures filled with tall eucalyptus trees, cozy branches, and soft bedding. The highlight of my visit was definitely the opportunity to interact with these furry marsupials up close. I couldn't help but smile as I watched them lazily munching on eucalyptus leaves, their fluffy ears and button-like noses captivating my attention. The sanctuary staff were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, sharing fascinating facts about koalas and their conservation efforts. One of the most memorable moments was the chance to hold a koala in my arms. The gentle creature was so affectionate and snuggled into me, creating an unforgettable bond. It was a true privilege to have a personal encounter with these iconic Australian animals, and it made my heart soar with joy.Aside from the adorable koalas, the sanctuary also housed other native wildlife species, such as kangaroos, wallabies, and colorful birdlife. I spent hours exploring the various trails and wildlife exhibits, immersing myself in the sights and sounds of Australia's unique biodiversity.I left the sanctuary with a renewed appreciation for these enchanting creatures and the vital conservation efforts in place to protect their habitats. The Koala Sanctuary in Gold Coast is a must-visit destination for anyone who wishes to connect with nature, support wildlife conservation, and experience the sheer delight of encountering koalas up close. My time there was nothing short of magical, and I will cherish the memories forever
