Lin Andrews Real Estate - Buy, Sell, Rent, Lease Residential and Commercial Property

Wouldn't recommend these guys manage your property.

We have been with Lin Andrews Real Estate for several years now and have been veryhappy with the service they have given. I want to give a big shout out to Henry Cahillane. Henry looks after our properties and recently went way and above our expectations.We found Henry to be very professional and also caring. He solved all issues we had and even gave suggestions which helped us in every way.We live interstate and are very happy to have Henry as our Property Manager.All the best Henry and Hope you don’t move on and stay as our PM.Sandy H

A company who claims ISO9001 means nothing when your people on the ground are incompetent, make huge assumptions and don't listen. We negotiated an investment property for a cash sale. A price was agreed upon with 7 conditions. Only 3 made it to the contract. An effort to extort money for one of these 7 items was made. An offer to find a tenant prior to settlement was made if Lin Andrews handled the property management. When your employee found out we were using our own agent that has our other properties, access prior to settlement was denied. The excuses were feeble and unbelievable. Then we received constant criticism of our agent under the guise of wanting to help. It was very unhelpful. I have had 30 years of owning investment properties, this is not my first rodeo. Your representative needs to remember that you are born with two ears and one mouth, use them accordingly. Finally I was advised in an email that I was negative, sad, uptight and to have a nice life. This is very professional, not. This is just the tip of the ice burg considering this agents actions. I am expecting the standard response blah blah blah. I wont be contacting your office, but I will choose to buy my properties elsewhere next time. I am now off to have a nice life.

I have delt with lin andrews for 5 year very professional and I would like to thank Henry Cahillane he is one of the best agent I have dealt with he is polite and friendly easy to talk to his services were great this man bent over backwards to help and always returned phone calls I think very highly of Henry I wish all the best for the future ( GREAT JOB MATE )

Reception girls help with almost everything, hardly any point in having property managers lol.Great bunch of people, very friendly and as a renter they very reasonable and approachable people if you any concerns or issues.Linda Bentley is one of the best property managers I ever had the pleasure ofo dealing with.

Mel batten employee there rude and manipulative and a theif. Not an employee I would want at my business.

Property Manager Elizabeth Rooney was our saving grace. Her professionalism and kindness is second to none. Such a breath of fresh air from my previous property management at Marley Duncan Real Estate. Nothing but trouble, threats and plain rudness from them. Lin Andrews real estate is in my experience an excellent real estate. Cannot recommend them enough.

Property management leaves a lot to be desired. Each time I rang regarding our investment they had no idea who I was and most times thought I was a tenant not the property owner. They generally were rude and acted as if I was wasting their precious time. When we decided to sell they were especially rude, even the receptionist. At hand over they refused to believe our claims that the tenant had broken things. Overall a very passive aggressive, rude and arrogant group of people.
