Tiona Holiday Park
We love Tiona! We come camping every year for Christmas and try to get up during the year too. Its a unique place. The location is stunning and the nature is so peaceful. We stay mostly on the beach side and managed to see two shooting stars. The lake side also has its own amazing nature with the green cathedral palm trees. Tiona an amazing place to go when you need to get away from the city and work life. There is a lot to do and the entertainment is great as they have paddle boarding, kayaking, and bands. They have recently changed some of the camping sites and added a lot of new features that definitely make the stay better. One of the best additions is George. George is a real asset with his local knowledge of where to hire boats and ability to help back in caravans. George is really friendly and oversee everything to ensure everyone is having fun.Cant wait to go back!

This was my first stay at Tiona Holiday Park. The first and certainly not the last. The nature around Tiona Holiday Park is wonderful. A wild beach on one side and a calm lake on the other. We spent 4 nights there from Saturday to Wednesday on the beachside. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff that works there helps to solve any problem and is very flexible at the same time. And the most important thing - Tiona Holiday Park is pet friendly!!!

Tiona Holiday Park
Amazing location and great facilities. What a cool place. Having a lake on one side and a beautiful ocean on the other. Not far from seal rocks. This place has everything. I personally enjoy fishing from the beach and have caught heaps. I highly recommend it. Just don't tell too many people cuz I don't want it to get busy when I want to book.

4 nights at this beautiful spot was not enough. Tiona has such a stunning setting, with the lake on one side and the most amazing beach on the other. Also a big thank you to the staff for being so courteous and caring.

Lovely place to stay. We spent a week on the lakeside and loved being a 5 second walk through the palms and trees to the lovely Lake Wallis. A short walk through the park and over the road gets you to the beach side of Tiona and the great 7 Mile Beach. Friendly staff and dogs welcomed. Amenities clean, but older on the lakeside and newer on the beach side. Cafe on site and Sundays they have live music and food. The musician we listened to was really good. Thanks Tiona.

You couldn't possibly ask for a more desirable location for a holiday park, the location is amazing! The park offers all you would expect from one its size. Unfortunately, it appear to have had some hard wear over the year. I'm not sure if it's due to a change of ownership or a turn around in recent business but it seems they are addressing the clear need for maintenance, I would suspect a revisit in 2 - 3 years would garnish a much higher review.Pros: Outstanding location.Great customer service. You can see that there is a real drive to improve the location. Facilities are clean and working.Cons: Operational appliance in the units are a hit and miss. TV'S are useless as they barely receive signal ether way. There's the odd broken power point and most internal doors have some level of damage. Once the external door has been key locked there is no way for a person within the units to open the door, this is probably against oh&s/fire/common sense code.A fair few smokers visit this park, no smoking isn't enforced.

Great location. This is a hidden gem with lake and beaches walking distance from your cabin or campsite. We stayed in a “tent” above ground. Sort of “glamping” it was great. TV kitchen bathroom proper bed. Great experience. Thanks

Tiona Holiday Park
Highly recommend.I stayed a on a powered site on the North Beach side - in a campervan.* staff were really helpful and very welcoming on arrival.* sites were all decent sized with trees sprinkled between to give shade.* amenities were all clean and tidy. Only a few metres away so could use their showers/toilets more easily than van.* pet friendly - dog was allowed on beach and lakeside. All gorgeous and she loved running around.* cafe - so great to have a coffee in the morning. Toastie was delicious too. Hours 8am-noonThey have lots of cabins which looked nice too.

What an amazing place !!! We stayed an extra 3 nights. The sunsets are out of this world we had to keep pinching ourselves. This kids loved the lake and loved the beach best of both worlds. Caravan park is just a lovely size.

Tiona is a holiday park that offers powered and unpowered sites for camping, and cabins. Fires are allowed! Dog friendly, this park is on a peninsula with a beach on one side and a kidsafe Salt water lake on the other. The lake is the place to be! The lake has white sand and shady shores, and is only inches deep for hundreds of metres. Perfect for relaxing as the kids play, the water is deep enough to kayak but not deep enough to be a danger to the kids. True relaxation! Near sunset, people meet at the lake for drinks and for their dogs to play. The views are stunning at this time of day, Instagram heaven (if that’s your thing). The park has been under new management since late 2019 and the staff are incredible. We were so cared for during our stay.Ammenities are clean and modern, plenty of hot water in the showers. This is our new family go to spot - book in before everyone else catches on!
