I would just like to thank you Marcus for 'saving' our wedding tables! My son and daughterinlaw had purchased wooden drink coasters from another company which were a little cheaper than the ones from stringybark supplies, when we received them (about 2 weeks later than stated and only days prior to the wedding)they were such poor quality, I later found out they were imported from China. We had requested a particular size (8-10cm thickness)however half the coasters supplied were only the size of a 'shot glass' while others had a name on the front and someone else's name on the back of the same coaster! (the names were merely a sticker)and some were paper thin (and I mean paper thin)whilst others were the correct thickness (approx 1cm). It would have not only been an embarrassment to have placed them on the tables but it would have altered the whole look of the table arrangements.In a panic I contacted Marcus and he most graciously came to the rescue, as I said it was the week of the wedding and he handled everything with such ease and managed to supply us with a replacement of all the faulty coasters, perfectly presented ( no stickers here) as each name was printed on each coaster and they were so so much better quality, all the size stated and looked so superior to the other ones we had purchased.Moral of the story, you get what you pay for! In the end it cost us much more as we had to replace the inferior coasters from the other company, do yourself a favour and buy right the first time, Marcus is so professional and the quality is superb, it will be a gift your guests will love, thanks again Marcus
