Excellent service & most helpful on 2 different occasions.First one being my car had an episode at the car wash near coles Hastings . I was stranded with my family , I processeded to Hastings automotive as it was across the road . John was brilliant offering us a great wealth of knowledge & actually cared . Nor had I ever been here before a complete stranger , I already felt like a regular & had been going for years .Problem was fixed in 10 minutes never had a problem since .Second incident was my car door wouldn’t shut , I rang the shop & brought it there within 5 minutes .John went above & beyond , he ultimately put everything aside to help , managed to source a part & couldnt be more happier .
