Australia Post - Marulan LPO

Reached here by 4.56pm. Shop closes at 5pm. Knocked on the door no one answered. Called them and the lady said we close at 5. This was only at 4.57 pm. This particular lady is always rude. Being the only post office in Marulan please have some shame and treat your locals with respect. The lady then came to the door and apparently was “in the toilet” hence closed the shop (early). Being worked in customer care before I know the shop can have huge fines if they close before time. Luckily the police station is just next doors. So watch out for next time! Install camera if you cannot afford 2 staffs on site. Peace!!

Disappointed. Make sure you go atleast 10 mins before 5pm to collect your parcels. They will just shut it down if they dont see anybody around by that time.Hope they understand there are people who have got jobs outside the suburb too.
