I had a really positive experience with puff and pop back in October for my birthday. Their level of service and client care is super professional and they were able to deliver exactly what I was after. Puff and pop went above and beyond to ensure things ran smoothly on the day and were even accommodating to additional last minute services. I appreciated the team’s hard work and will definitely be ordering with them again in the future.

I had a balloon organised for our Ladies Night at Norwood Football Club. The process was seamless and the assistance and recommendations from staff was great. They ensured I had a balloon that would last the night and that matched perfectly into our event.Will definitely be a return customer!

Puff & Pop did an amazing job for our wedding in April. We chose the White Chloe Cart as a finer detail but it ended up being a stand-out feature at our reception! Combined with the balloon garland it was absolutely beautiful! 10/10 would highly recommend their friendly and accomodating service.

How cute they have their flowers balloon, i have ordered online and have to pre order a day early before 3pm. It was really easy. They called next day as I wanted get just all pink but was sold out must be popular demand. They're very polite what they got. Overall my friend was happy what i gotten for her. Great price for it and perfect present.

I recently had the team from Puff and Pop help create and style the most beautiful balloon garland for a feature wall.A long with a few special Balloon Gifts and I was BLOWN AWAY with how beautiful it came together.I met with Ivy to discuss the theme and colours and let her use her creativity to put together what she had in mind and it was beyond my expectations.I found them wonderful with communication and easy to work with, the pieces created for my event blew away my guests and I am so excited to work with Ivy and the team from Puff and Pop again!I HIGHLY recommend Puff and Pop for all your party/event needs!

The wonderful team at Puff and Pop assisted me with a last minute order for my partner’s 30th when my order with another supplier couldn’t be filled. The balloons were gorgeous and survived through the rain and wind during the event and the car trip home afterwards. It has been 5 days since the balloons were delivered and the main big balloon is still going strong!

Vee and her team have done an incredible job with a special order bouquet that I ordered. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole process was efficient and customer centric. I would highly recommend anyone wanting something special to visit Puff and Pop.
