Everything Samantha does I love. My cut and foils are completed to compliment my skin tone and face shape. I am so grateful for Samantha I leave the salon feeling so amazing. Meg was meticulous with my kerasilk keratin treatment. She discussed in depth with me which treatment I wanted and what the steps would be. She then very thoroughly did every step of the process and the results reflect that. My hair is shiny and blow dried to straight within minutes. It looked like hard work from her end but will certainly be easier for me in the coming months. I can tell already.Thanks again Meg!! <3

After 10 years of dying my hair jet black, it was time for a change. I wanted to freshen up my hair by adding a few caramel highlights for dimension and over time gradually adding more to soften and lighten my features. My first appointment was a huge success, not only did Maree exceed my expectations, she talked me through the entire process and made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. Truly blown away by the results.

I booked my first appointment at Hair By I salon with Brittney about a month ago. She was so lovely, full of knowledge and very professional. The salon have amazing products like Goldwell and Kerastase just to name a few. The staff have expert product knowledge. I booked myself in for an initial consultation, wash, trim and dry. Im now a regular customer that comes in 6-8 weeks. This half had balayage with copper is from my latest appointment. My hair look and feels absolutely amazing. Thank you to the team at Hair By I and Brittney!

I loved the second I walked in to the second I walked of the salon. As I’m pregnant and busy mum to a 3 year old, being able to relax is a must and Emma and the staff were amazing! The complimentary head neck and shoulder massage was a great add on to the service :) My hair cut is amazing and just want I needed to help me feel pretty again. Thank you and I will be back.

Everyone is so welcoming and all know what they are doing, super professional. Love the curls I got today! Plus I had my 3yr old with me and everyone was so kind and welcoming to him also he had a great time! Always highly recommend wouldn't go anywhere else xx

I have massive anxiety when it comes to going to salons and Sam was simply amazing. I spent most the time with my eyes closed and she just done her job and didn’t force me to communicate and by the end I was feeling great and can’t wait to go back. My hair is amazing I could not be happier and will definitely be a regular customer from now on.Sorry I kept you so late ladies. Was so worth it though :-)
