Hi, I want to express the interaction I had with “Julie” the night cashier. As there is works going on outside of the servo when I pulled up, I could not near that standing on the mat was making the alarm go off. I then pressed the button only once and was greeted with the RUDEST WORST customer service person I have ever uncounted. She yelled at me that I did not have to keep setting the alarm off. In which I replied I only pressed the button once, she then told me that it is common sense to step back. I then said there should be a sign on the door to let customers know that the alarm will continue to go off if standing on the mat. I asked if I could have the number to a manger because the way she spoke to me was completely unacceptable. She then told me she doesn’t have one. I then went to the bathroom, when I came out I asked her if there was any number that I could ring as I wanted to complain and asked for her number. She refused to give me any information for anyone I could talk to. She continued to have a go at me and told me everyday this is what she deals with and it’s common sense. She also gave me the finger. I will never be back at this store and me and my fellow coworkers regularly work in the area and we will never come back. This is the worst experience I have ever experienced and do not believe she should be working here as it is not a good look for the company. I spoke to some of the workers outside and they also said she is not pleasant when they go in.

It's a BP with some of the slowest noisiest pumps I've used for a long time.And a year later the same pumps seem to be slower and more noisy yet prices are up with over 20c a litre between regular and premium fuel!

There was a lot of hype for my first automated carwash. I expected to see a modern marvel of human engineering, instead I was greeted with a dank cave no monster would choose.That's not to say this sewage treatment plant wasn't effective at its job. We were expelled from its rear looking shiny and and relatively muck free. However the experience left me feeling dirty and surprisingly motion sick from the $15 ride.Would I do it again to save my dainty fingers from an hour of mild labour? Yes, but I wouldn't feel good about it.

Always drop in on way to airport. Handy location. On a busy road which is no easy but seems a good service

Does the job. Lady was polite about telling me no photos inside the shop, tanks cant be filled in the trays as not grounded/earthed and that cars can't be left running. . Pump was slow and noisey.Found a nice new iced coffee i havent tried b4 with natural ingredients. Good to see big brands doing more natural stuff!

The two stars are for the young man inside, who made my coffee exactly as I like it (Sun 21/8 at noon), and the clean toilet. BUT, the car wash is terrible. Missed large patches of dirt on my car, which should have been easily removed. It was obvious the brushes don't make full contact. I had to finish it manually upon leaving, using a window cleaner. Waste of $15.

It seems the wicked witch of the bp has been fired, so this review maybe outdated. If so, fantastic, because every other staff member is great, friendly and approachable, kind and courteous.

These guys are champions. The midnight lady makes sure I have everything I need and am looked after. They got super busy the moment she started and you know what......still 10 outta 10 service. They guy on was busy too prior to the night ladies arrival but still great service from him also.Thanks guys, you have a great team.Tc Dan :)

first time using an automatic car wash because i was feeling a bit lazy, i thought it was be at least as good as manually washing but this was hopeless. it didn’t even rinse off loose leaves, i think the soap cartridge must have been empty because there we’re hardly any bubbles. complete waste of $15
