Thanks for the amazing yoga session. I always leave feeling simultaneously relaxed and energised with all my knots and tight spots gone! This is the most friendly and welcoming yoga studio I have been to in Brisbane.

I have recently graduated from the 400hr level 1 Hatha Yoga Teacher training with Yoga Sol and this course is OUTSTANDING!!. I undertook this course initially to further my skill set as a massage therapist but have graduated confident to teach yoga and will now start taking on my own classes. Claire's knowledge as a myotherapist and level 3 senior yoga teacher just made this yoga teacher training course indepth and full of content that's easy to follow and learn. There's no ego at Yoga Sol Academy, just a beautiful space to grow, learn and have a good laugh. Thank you Claire and Jill for such a wonderful experience that will last a life time.

A yoga studio with meditation and massage. You can book your classes online - the yoga has a variety of levels and teachers, so you'll find something to suit. Friendly staff and a lovely spot. A small retail shop at the front with clothes, bags, and chai tea.

My beginner's class is a fantastic introduction to yoga. The instructor is very knowledgeable and easily shares her love of yoga.

Just saw Claire for a massage and I don't think I'm overstating it to say that it was the best massage I've had in my life. Claire's many years of experience are very evident in her skills. I don't think my neck and shoulders have ever felt this good. Can't wait to get back in the pool to ruin them some more and book in for my next appt!

I have been doing the Pregnancy Yoga class with Kristi and thoroughly enjoy! The studio is relaxed, clean and convenient and staff are kind and ecoerienced. I'm looking forward to trying out some of the other classes soon.
