We had an issue finding a cleaner on short notice (we decided to exit the property early) and got in touch with Vince.2 days later the guys turned up at the exact time we booked them and did an amazing job cleaning the property.Excellent communication and great service, thanks again Vince!

Thank you so much Touch of Class Cleaning Services they have the Best Service I have ever had. Highly Recommend them especially Wallace who did our vacate clean. He made our rental sparkle and shine and made it look even better than when we moved in. I had already booked a service and they cancelled same day as my vacate. Vince did a previous job for us and did well for a good price so we used him again for an exit clean. Small 3 bed empty house, bit of cat hair around easily vacuumed up I would have thought! He charged us $2000!!!!! For the clean and carpets steam cleaned. Reckons it took his team 20 man hours to clean our place. It was dusty, with cat hair and that’s it. We are not grotty people, always kept our house nice and he’s taken advantage of us. nothing in the house and he wants to take $2000! Outrageous. I’ve tried to reason with him but he won’t budge, I’ve asked him to consider a fair refund but he said no. My partner stupidly paid him instead of withholding the money so now we are stuck. Having to write poor reviews to warn others. He’s a rip off and a disgrace! Tell your friends not to use him!!

!!!DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!Completely unprofessional behaviour by “Shaun”.Initially when we called to book, we were desperate for a cleaner as we had to vacate fast. So when Touch of Class were able to fit us in, we were really happy. They even said it was their “best cleaner”.They called us and asked if they could start earlier, which was okay - we were happy to work around them.When we were quoted over the phone it was $77 (incl GST) per hour, for 3 hours. That was exactly what was told to us.The apartment is a 2 bedroom carpeted apartment with a seperate kitchen and bathroom.We spent the day prior vacuuming the floors so they didn’t have to do that much.When they got there, they were polite and didn’t make any remarks about the state of the apartment.They cleaned the apartment, and left. Told us if there was any problems to call Shaun.During cleaning one of the cleaners frequently just walked up and down our drive way 6-7 times, then half way through they stopped for about 30 mins (presumably for a break, which is fine).That is where the niceties end.My partner and I inspected the apartment and it was disappointing to say the least.Only the kitchen was cleaned and floor in the toilet mopped.The walls were not cleaned at all. They still had marks and dirt on them. The kitchen cupboard doors will still dirty and bathroom wall was not cleaned at all. The oven door was not cleaned on the outside either.That night we called “Shaun” to ask for the invoice to pay. We asked Shaun why the wall weren’t cleaned and he advised that they scrubbed them with sugar soap and they couldn’t do any more.We accepted it and moved on.We went into the apartment a few days later to check things over and had to unfortunately finish the job ourselves. I am chronically ill with limited mobility. So we asked a neighbour to help us.It only took 20 mins for tow people (neighbour and boyfriend) to wipe the walls down. We didn’t use some crazy cleaning concoction. Just the sugar soap wipes from coles.So I am unsure as to how 2 professional cleaners couldn’t do the same.A few days ago is where all hell broke loose. The invoice sent to us was for $505. Which is double what was quoted.We called Shaun to discuss this. We were polite and understanding during the whole phone call.Shaun was not. He was incredibly rude, which is surprising considering he is the business owner.He then swore at me which I told him I would not accept.I stated to shaun that I was willing to pay more than what we were quoted, $300. As they had cleaned a small portion but we had to finish it. Shaun had agreed to this.The call ended with Shaun hanging up. He was rude and yelling at me the whole time.I assumed this was it. It was over. I was going to pay $300 and leave it at that. Oh how I was wrong.Shaun then called me back 15 mins later to continue to abuse me.He stated that I had no idea what I was talking about, that I was lying about us being there waiting for them to finish.He called me simply to abuse me. When I stated that I don’t want to continue this unpleasant conversation due to my condition, he said it wasn’t his problem and to get over it that I had to pay $400, not $300. He said this was him meeting me half way. I’m not stupid. Half of $500 is $250.He then ended saying that I would have to pay $300 (which we originally agreed upon) and to never contact them again.Two days ago we went to the apartment for a final check and to grab the last of our things left in the draws.In these draws was a 60 year old knife, which is a family heirloom my partner worked with his dad to restore.This has been either taken or thrown out. Never to be recovered again.We haven’t bought this to the attention of Shaun, out of fear of further abuse.Absolute appalling service. I can’t believe that a “business owner” would willingly talk to his customers like this. Let alone customers who are willing to pay more than their original quote (77 x 3 = $231. We were happy to pay $300).

I've been using A Touch of Class for about 7 years and I believe that shows how satisfied I've been with the service and efficiency of Vince and his team. I've been lucky enough to have had Lachie for most of the time but due to moving, I've had Rita who is lovely and so accomodating of my needs. She helped me with my packing which was a huge relief. I look forward to continuing my use of Vince and his team.

Fantastic service!We had the ceilings of our apartment cleaned after 10 years of accumulating grease, dirt and cooking oils. After a couple of attempts, it is as good as new.Vince was friendly and honest, and kept us informed and explained the whole process to us. Would have no hesitation in recommending Touch of Class!
