TRADIES NETWORK QLD

It had been difficult to find Trades willing to undertake this small home renovation project [storage above wardrobe] so it was extremely pleasing that Tradies Network agreed to come onsite, quote and eventually accept and complete the scope of works. I was impressed how Michael approached and undertook the task - certainly made me realise that he knew his 'stuff' and it was all well planned and executed. Very happy with the result so thank you Tradies Network.

Omg never again! Everyone here is saying how good the job looks - well my 30k bathroom looked amazing when finished however as a result of major defect it had to be revised and man what we have heard. Most of the job was not up to QBCC standard - the most important waterproofing was not even done throughout the wet space / and it was a wrong waterproofing with the thickness of 0.2 mm- it was pointed out amongst soooo many other things during the revision . Work which should be finished my December dragged till March - with some of parts bought by us as the “ project managers” Matt and Dennis couldn’t be bothered to order them.Very disappointing experience all together - and instead hearing “ we are so sorry” all we have heard is how much money they are wasting on the repairs which I found so unprofessional.At the end when I asked for QBBC insurance - which is a must - we found out that the build was not even insured. I’d have gone to QBCC now but to be honest I really had enough of Tradies Network dishonesty and blaming game - as no one took the blame for the situation. If you want to hire them to do you bathroom I’d suggest either watch every step or just go somewhere else.

These guys helped me out with a kitchen renovation at short notice when my original plasterer dropped out. I was so impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness that I hired them to do some further plastering around the house, tiling, a full interior paint and some carpentry. They were very quick to respond to enquiries, were always on time, polite and did a great job. After a couple of bad experiences with other tradies it was a relief to find a business who took pride in their work and had a great ethic. I'll be getting them back to do my flooring. Props to Dennis, Michael and the boys for taking good care of us.

Dennis is honest, a great communicator and gets the job done. Highly recommend. We had some plumbing work done and plan to work with Tradies Network again.
