The worst experience I’ve ever had.. I came yesterday (23/3 around 2pm) and was seen by an older lady for a pedicure shellac. She was so rough with the tools, I was flinching constantly and my toes were stinging throughout. The ‘pedicure’ consisted of her running the buffer once up and down the sole of my foot, clipping my small toe on the way down causing a graze. She then slapped on some lotion and literally dragged my feet back into the water. Zero respect or care for the customer. The shellac itself was a sloppy job, with chips. I was out of the shop in 15minutes and left appalled. I’m not one to cause a scene so left quietly with bright red, cut toes. I have woken up this morning with raw toes and it’s painful to wear shoes…. hoping I don’t get an infection. This is suppose to be a pampering experience, please don’t see customers if you genuinely don’t give a s… (level 3 Southland shop) I’m trying to attach photos…

Nice nail tech, affordable price, gave me a discount not asked for, was clean and able to walk in to get my nails done without an appointment I would go again great service
