Mind and Baby

I attended the 4 week baby massage course with my 7 month old daughter and it was such a wonderful and beneficial experience. Anna is so lovely and created a beautiful environment for the babies to relax and mums to learn and connect. I can highly recommend this course as a great way to connect with your new baby, other mums and learn about baby massage. Since using the baby massage techniques each night, my daughter has been sleeping so much better and it nice and relaxed before bed! Cannot recommend this class highly enough!

My partner and I used Anna for both her Hypno birthing and baby massage classes.Anna provided amazing personal classes from the comfort of our own loungeroom when I was pregnant with our first child. Choosing Anna's Hypnobirthing class was the absolute best decision I made. I headed into pregnancy and birthing with so much confidence, strength, knowledge, calmness and so much more. I would recommend mind and baby Hypnobirthing for anyone fearing birth or the journey that is pregnancy and birthing.When Anna informed me on her baby massage classes I was very excited to take part with my 3 month old son. I didn't know what to expect with baby massage, but I was pleasantly surprised by how beneficial it was for myself, my partner and my baby. Anna's class was relaxed, informative, personal and very flexible with the babies (especially when they weren't cooperating).I could not recommend enough doing a baby massage class with your baby especially if they have reflux, colic or wind problems! I cannot recommend this course enough for first time mums!

I loved this course with Anna - it was so informative and beneficial to add into our daily routine. I also actually really enjoyed the online format! I found the convenience of being able to jump on zoom from home was such a blessing! Especially around feeds and naps - which are oh so unpredictable at this age!!

Brilliant massage class with Anna. She is extremely knowledgable and the classes were thoroughly enjoyable! My bath absolutely loves massage now and I really enjoy doing it with her. Anna is a lovely person, amazing with babies and made the class lots of fun (even if the little ones had a meltdown). I’ll be back for sure
