Wonderful set of SNS nails. Great colour that exceeded my expectations. Never been here before but I would visit again. 4 stars instead of 5 is only because the tech slipped with the electric nail file and went into my skin so pinky is tender now. Otherwise I’d give 5 but I’ll go back still

This place did what I needed which was removing acrylic nails, they did it pretty fast and it was nicely priced.However underneath my nails where left with hard polish.The experience. It felt strange, there were a lot of clients there for the end of the day and everyone seemed over it. Clients and practitioners where not listening to each other and seemed like they just wanted to leave.

Love my nails. Walked in unannounced, & walked out very happy. Great pricing & excellent service. Thank you ladies

Extremely disappointed. I had a shellac manicure done here last Saturday for a wedding. At the time it did feel quite rushed but I didn't think much of it. Later I did notice the colour wasn't even on a couple of nails and my nails had not been filed to even lengths. But the worst was that my nails chipped within a day. I wasn't doing anything hard labour like dishes or something that would cause them to wear. I've had many shellac manicures done at different places and this is by far the worst. My last shellac nails lasted almost a month before chipping so I know this isn't normal.I went in asking for them to be removed since I was not happy with them and they charged me for the removal! I even had to go get cash out as they don't do card, costing me a fee as Woodend has limited atms.Will not be coming back.

I’ve had many pedicures at this salon, all really well done by friendly staff and my requests followed (ie squared off versus round nail cutting). All done very pleasantly. However, today I came out feeling less satisfied. One of the main reasons I go is to help my dry cracked heels. Today’s technician could clearly see they needed attention but after my request to have a nail filed down was ignored, I thought I wouldn’t embarrass myself and her by making a special request for attention to my heels. To be honest, I’m not sure she understood me and because she didn’t talk to me at all, I wondered about her English comprehension. The pedicure was rushed, so it wasn’t the relaxing experience it usually is. I will return, but I guess I’ll have to make my needs more explicit; which I shouldn’t have to do.

***Editing this review to add that this business offered me a price for my nail service, then later told me I would only receive that discount if I gave a 5 star review. I didn't realise at the time but I believe this goes against business practices in Australia of transparency of reviewing. I believe most of the reviews for this business will be made for this same reason. Both the Woodend and Kyneton services are excellent. The girls are friendly and professional and I have never had a bad experience. We are extremely lucky to have such good quality nail and beauty spas close to home!

Rushed and very rough. A very unpleasant experience. A few sore fingers where they cut the quick too close to nail bed.

Oh my goodness, beyond love my nails! They do a really beautiful job! Also, super lovely.
