I would have given MINUS stars if I could! I booked an appointment using their online appointment booking service got confirmation text both then and a reminder text today for my appointment at 4pm today. Paid $50 for a taxi there only to have the woman ignore the doorbell, then I called her phone she was inside sounded like she was out of it and insisted I didn't have an appointment it wasn't showing up on their system and I told her I had spent $50 on a taxi come all this way and now standing on her doorstep could she please see me and she said no when it was obvious there were no other appointments happening there just this rude cow sleeping through appointments even when I texted her last night too!

Poor communication , didn't open the door to my friend whom had appt that was confirmed the night prior. She was rude and didn't even say sorry
