Gone down hill in my opinion. Chips soggy, popcorn chicken tasted stale . Atmosphere in shop : music so loud could not hear each other speak. 3 people mentioned this to person behind counter but not turned down. Seriously don't think I'll go there again.

Drive through is very narrow, even for most drive throughs - you can see how many cars have scraped along the edge!Chips were soggy and had next to no salt despite ordering extra salt.Did not have enough wicked wings in stock and replaced it with the tiniest piece of other chicken (literally no bigger than half a finger at the longest point).

Pros : although the staff seem busy they are not rude and the service is fast.Cons: we never seem to get what we order or the box meal is always missing components and by the time we realise it's to far to head back, most of the chicken is really dry.

Bought Zinger box with extra 10 wicked wings & fries. Fries was disgustingly soggy. Zinger burger was the worst as can be seen. Almost no greens, no sauce. Utterly disappointed.

A good KFC with friendly staff and quick service in the drive thru.I love the spicy sauce on the Zinger Stacker burger, it's delicious! This Burger will fill you up.The hot chips are thick cut and lightly salted and the gravy has plenty of flavour.The new Boneless chicken is crisp and tasty. I hope it stays on the menu.I love the Tenders Meal Box and I'm glad I can add extra Wicked wings to compliment it.

Terrible service, atmosphere, food and cleanliness..I presume it was the Manager standing around talking to staff, ignoring customers. Our 2 boxes were quite varied, but not hot (even though we are inside) and no cutlery supplied. Tables were dirty and staff made no attempt to clean whilst we were in store. Will not be returning.

The staff are very nice though they are busy but the shop itself is very small. Not recommended for the family with children.

The service was appalling. Had to wait over 10 minutes for my order not that they warned me about the wait or apologised for it. Only a couple infront of me and i ordered a $4.95 fill up box. The person that took my order barley spoke and definitely didn't smile. Will never go back

I ordered (through drive through):5 tendersRegular potato & gravyRegular chipsLarge soloZinger burger2 large chipsWhat I got was old tenders soggy chips and no zinger I went back to get the missing burger I got to the window and was handed a burger rapped in the zinger rap I get home and check the burger to find a soggy original recipe.If this is the level quality and care the staff put into their product I won't be returning and have advised family to do the same.
