Great massages, good price, and they are set up well for COVID (they keep a record of your details, take your temperature, ask you to use hand sanitizer before you go into the room, and they wear a mask while they give you a massage etc.)

We went to the Eastlake ban butsaba massage place and was amazing but they didn't have any appointments for this particular day so we thought we would try hillsdale chain and we were very disappointed with the quality and effort put in by the massage therapists compared to the Eastlake company. It felt very rushed and it seemed like they didn't know what they were doing in terms of getting knots and pressure points. We didn't the same quality massage and relaxation. Don't waste your money and I hope they get more professional.

We’ve been on the lookout for a good Thai massage for quite a while. There are plenty in the area, including at Westfield Eastgardens, but this place has the benefit of being in a quieter location than a shopping centre.The massage was excellent.The location is much quieter than any in Eastgardens shopping centre.We’ll definitely be going back.

Experienced absolutely terrible customer service here! I booked specifically because they told me I could claim through my private health insurance. I would not have booked here if I knew I wouldn't be able to but they ASSURED me I could. I’ve been forced to write here publicly since they BLOCKED my number after I called just twice to try and sort this issue out with them privately. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers! I am very disappointed and upset that they blocked me instead of even issuing an apology for giving me the wrong information. I expect to hear back from someone at Baan Bustaba immediately!
