Cha helped me get clarity about the effect my environment had on my emotions. I met the lovely Cha serendipitously at an arts event and had my RTT session booked in just a few weeks later. Amazing session clearing subconscious and energy blocks. I’ll admit I was nervous about the idea of hypnotherapy but the experience felt so safe, very healing and it got my mindset exactly where it needed to be.
