Benefit brows are generally always consistent no matter the stylist. I have gone to multiple stores in different countries over the past 5+ years while travelling and living abroad. I currently see Fatima and Karolina who are both lovely, have incredible attention to detail and are really skilled. Would recommend always!

Karolina was awesome, did a great job with my eyebrows, they looked very natural. Had great customer service skills, very friendly and polite. Gave everyone the time and service who ever was walking about while performing services on my face. Would book with Karolina again

Friend of mine had an appointment here in November. She was left with burns and a cut from the wax. The brows were unbelievable as well - wonky, wrong colour. She emailed them and they took 5 months to respond, but still have yet to respond to follow up emails despite promising refund :~) literally awful:~)Edit: we aren’t going to be emailing you, we responded to the stores managers email almost 2 months ago with no reply, thanks though
