Please rethink bringing your clothing here - I’ve just ended a legal dispute with them that lasted months, and I still ended up at a loss due to having to pay additional legal fees.I had taken items in to get dry cleaned, where we found three black dots on my white shirt. The worker informed me that “these dots may not come out”, no other information being given to me in that moment. I told them it was fine and to give it a try anyway.When collecting my items, they seemed rather hurried and dismissive, trying to get me out of the door fast. When I went outside, I observed my items properly under the sun and found that the area that the three dots were on on the shirt had now turned into larger holes that were burnt through the garment. As well as these three holes, a yellow/brown stain also surrounded them. These damages were NOT present on the shirt when I originally dropped it off.When I went back in and questioned them about the damage, they became incredibly hostile, saying that they “warned me that the dots were mould and it would put holes into the garment” when I first dropped my items off (which never occurred), and that they “refuse to reimburse me for the cost of cleaning/damages/the garment”. I asked them to reconsider and they refused. When I told them that I’d be taking it further with NSW Fair Trading, they became agitated, screaming “Go. Do it. Take us to court. This is your fault”.When Fair Trading contacted them, they too were met with hostility, seeing them use tone and refuse any type of reimbursement. Here, I took it to the NSW Tribunal. I worked with a lawyer and saw them acknowledge their accident, admit that they noticed the damage when taking my garment out of the machine and choosing not to inform me upon pick up, and then seeing their refusal to offer reimbursement change to them offering to have me trade my now damaged shirt in for a movie projector that they were privately selling. Upon refusal, they went back and forward with my lawyer, offering amounts that didn’t cover the price of the shirt, damages, and now Tribunal fees. We eventually settled (hours before the court hearing) for an amount that was less than the cost of the overall issue itself.Again, please reconsider taking your garments here. Their attitudes, attempts at gaslighting, lies, lack of care for your belongings, and overall disappointing services aren’t worth the possible hassle.

They charge you money like they are cleaning shreks laundry, then they left stains that weren't there before i gave them my laundry, and my underwear has been taken? I wonder what they need those for?

Service with a smile this is not, you'll be lucky to get eye contact but I cannot fault them - If you do happen to have a stain, this is where you will have some kind of acknowledgement, albiet a grunt from the girl at the counter lol but honestly 5* Dry Cleaning all the way - I'm messy AF when I eat out and they return my clothes everytime as if off the rack brand new! I think very well priced too. I've made it my lifes mission to get at least one smile from her in my lifetime, so adorn that largest smile, who knows, it might just be your lucky day!

We’ve been going to this dry cleaner for a year now. They are fairly priced, quick and do an amazing job!
