Just went here today. The stylists were all absolutely lovely and I left looking and feeling great! I'm nervous around hairdressers as I have long hair that stylists often want to cut shorter than I'm comfortable with but the lady at On Top Hair Design made me feel completely at ease. Despite its popularity, On Top Hair Design aren't busy or crowded and the salon is relaxed, calm, and quiet.
