I work in the industry managing large construction sites and the service I get from Adam and the team is well above the industry standard. He always answers the phone and bins turn up when he says they will. On more than one occasion I have needed a change-over on the weekend when I've had more rubbish than I thought and its never been a problem

Needed a small 2m bin for bathroom renovation and their service was great..slightly difficult site access but was no problem to the driver..awesome service..

I have used Cheapa Waste numerous times over the years, both at work and some private cleanups at home.Not only do they always have the best rates but they’re always courteous, accommodating and happy to work around my unconventional schedule. I would definitely recommend them to anyone doing any type of cleanup or rubbish removal, both commercial and domestic.

Adam gave the worst, most rude and unprofessional service imaginable. Save yourself trouble and go with any of the other more reliable bin services that are same price and at least professional. Called and then texted as requested for quote, never heard back. Then e-mailed only to get an unprofessional reply. Then suddenly showed up and swore at me because he thought I had ordered a bin with no confirmation of any sort of booking. Why swear at someone when you made a mistake can’t even take a proper enquiry or booking. Poor form.

I have used Cheapa Waste Skip Bins for about 10 years both here and at my previous property and there has never been a problem. The current site has difficult street access and many trucks refuse to even enter the street. The simple, polite, no fuss attitude from Adam and his staff just make the whole process easy. I only make recommendations after consistent good service and am happy to recommend Cheapa!

Adam misses the point, when you say you're going to turn up at a time and doesn't and you have to chase him. Then he says again he will try for the afternoon and no contact. You have to chase him up on a sunny Friday morning to hear he turned up to look at the site the day before. The problem is he doesn't communicate, commit to time he says and you're the one finding out he won't do any work for safety concerns. (We don't have a problem with that, totally understand and respect that decision) he just doesn't communicate.Until you write a review then you receive a barrage of text messages of anger! Wow mate, could of avoided any of this one star review business by simply messaging sorry. It's a bit wet and I won't make it to have a look until this afternoon. Then messaging when you did look at the access to say I don't feel safe. Mind blown on this lack of simple communication skills.Cheapa yeah, Not able to communicate well as you're constantly chasing Adam, said he would drop in to take a look at the site in the morning. Didn't hear by lunchtime sent a message and he said it was too wet. Would try in the afternoon (He lives locally) no message.Sun shining on the Friday morning no messaged had to chase him again. Sorry can't do it. No problem, all you have to do is message not chasing you!Going with an alternative more professional company to provide the service.
