I was recommended to Ben for dry needling and as a Myotherapist who also dry needles I am very picky about who I let treat me.Ben has a professional and confident manner and was able to accurately assess my body and go to the site that would give me the most relief. I left feeling a bit sore in my hips but a couple of days later and my hips are feeling very free.

Ben offers a treatment called Chi Wave Therapy, and it has truly been a life changing experience for me. I include other treatments and this seems to be the icing on the cake for me. My body and muscles are more free and relaxed with a significantly noticeable reduction of general pain and tension. Ben is a master at his work. I had continual lower back and neck pain from years of CrossFit and within just a few sessions with Ben he was able to treat the problem at source through his skilful dry needling and massage techniques.
