Typical of businesses these days. Sell some absolute garbage and when it does damage or hurts someone they blame the customer and tell them to deal with it. Be nice to just once come across a company that backs their products and owns their stuff ups

Picked up some bargains here. Love their factory outlet. And it is a true factory outlet not like that DFO where they double the price then give you a discount

Customer service is brilliant. The older guy serving us was a tech and training a fairly recent starter by the sounds of it. The way he was showing the trainee was brilliant and a credit to Kincrome. You need to hang on to people like this as it guarantees repeat business every time. Well done.

Great bargains to be had, just double check the kit you are getting has everything you need inside as a lot of kits are discounted based off missing pieces (which you can get seperately anyway)

Good shop. Mix of brand new Kincrome stock (and some other brands as well) and ex display stock. A new $50 RRP item might sell here for about $35. Friendly staff.
