Really cute cafe. Went mainly for scones. Weren’t the best I’ve tasted but not the worst either. A little spongy for being proper ones. The quiche was nice though and apparently the hot dog was definitely ‘german’ style. Beautiful setting

Quirky cafe with great food and coffee. Easy place to relax and take your time. Friendly helpful staff. Nice respite from the heat outside. Forty odd degrees today. The fruit waffle was quite tasty and service was quick. Caramel milkshake was a treat.

Located on the main street of Hahndorf, Blacksmith Hahndorf Cafe has a rustic atmosphere and cosy feel. We were one of the first customers after opening but the staff were attentive and wanted to make sure that the seats were clean after a windy night where some dust may end up on. Food portions were generous and coffee we ordered was good too.

Fantastic spot to wind down and relax. Great hearty food on a cold day with amazing atmosphere inside. The coffee is probably the best I've had in Hahndorf. Well worth a stop.

Came here for take away coffee because I saw the other Google reviews saying this was the place to get a good coffee on the Main Street. Can’t complain, the service was good and the coffee was decent! My strong oat milk flat white coffee could have been a little bit stronger, considering I ordered my coffee strong but it wasn’t too milky. The coffee was good, not the greatest I have had but the price is reasonable. I’d recommend coming here for coffee.

Great little Cafe for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Nice outdoor area still undercover but visible to the street landscape scenery.Tasty smoothies, fresh ingredients and generous portion sizes served up with quirky cutlery.

I can’t believe this place has 4.7 stars.. when we ordered we were told there would be a wait but it wasn’t even that busy.. one person in kitchen and coffee Machine making one meal and coffee at a time. food was over priced ($18 for a tiny sandwich that took 25 mins to make). Coffees took 30 mins and we finished our food before they came out.. asked if we wanted take away coffee, I just wanted a coffee with my breakfast!They seem like lovely people and a small family run business but some extra staff and a review of prices wouldn’t go astray. Really regret going here, for the $80 we paid for 3 people, we could’ve had a nice meal at the pub.
