Absolutely useless. Put several mice poison things around - promised no mice in 10-14 days, 3 weeks later more mice. $220 wasted.

Tania and Pat from Pesky Possum were great. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer all questions asked. Had troubles with cockroaches and have not seen any since their treatment. Will be coming back again for future yearly checks and treatments.

I Love the team at Pesky Possum! The team has taken care of my pesky problems for several years. One of my big concerns with chemical sprays is the collateral damage that might be done to native animals. They reassure me that their processes are non toxic to our friendly critters. I particularly worry about lizards and frogs getting poisoned. They were fantastic with my possum problem and managed to get mum and baby out of my wall space by enticing them out with fruit and then cleverly not letting them back in! The other tremendous job was relocating a crested pigeon nest from under one of my solar panels. I was worried about eggs or fledglings, but the technician gently relocated the nest and put up a barrier. Aside from these human touches the service is thorough, timely and reasonably priced. AND they remind me when termite and pest control is due. Could not be better (and I mean it)!

Jason was called initially to set a trap as cat disappeared day of move. He came back at short notice 2 days later, as new owners heard him meowing in the wall. Jason was extraordinary in getting him out, as cat had not eaten or had water for 4 days. It was high 5's all round. Jason you are the best, cat fully recovered, owner almost recovered. We've employed the services of Pest Control North Brisbane several times last year and this year (2016), I have always found them 100% reliable and efficient, reasonably priced as well as polite above and beyond your average service provider. They always arrive with a smile and a friendly chat, then get down to business. Any questions are answered and they will happily explain their products and methods so you understand what is happening. Based on our experiences with this company and the many other excellent positive reviews by numerous other fully satisfied customers I would absolutely recommend them. We wont hesitate in using then again when the time comes. PS something seems a little off about the rant review and in my opinion doesn't ring true to the service I and others have received.

Dean arrived on time and spent time asking me questions to get a good handle on the problem. He then examined the roof cavity and under the house finding evidence of rats. He set some poison traps and said he would be happy to return in a few weeks if we had any further issues. He explained everything thoroughly and was very helpful. Rats long gone now and my dogs and neighbourhood animals are safe due to nature of bait he used. Altogether happy with this service.
