I highly recommend Mike of Mikes IT Daylesford for any IT issues. He responded to my computer and phone issue promptly and was very reassuring as he stepped me through the process to fix the problem. Mike , was our saviour when the recent electrically charged rainstorm zapped our house - among other items- completely frying our modem etc. -and reset just about everything electronic in the house for us, despite being completely overloaded with other calls.Since then he has taken time to help us install and calibrate other new appliances as well.Mike is a great guy - cheerful, friendly, a true perfectionist and..... best of all... charges friendly" rates! .....
