In my opinion TCA is Goulburn's business of the year! I recommend them without hesitation. They were helpful, personable, professional, considerate and efficient at every stage. They responded to my phone messages and emails within minutes (increasingly rare in the building trades). I wish there were more businesses like them in the Goulburn region. A richly deserved 5 stars from me.

Great service from the first phone call to Courtney and Dave. The job was looked at, quoted and booked in promptly. Nathan and Harry arrived on time, installed our new A/C. They left the property clean and tidy. We would highly recommend TCA Cooling & Heating. Good to see old fashioned service is still around.

We had our air conditioning system installed approx 4 years ago. During this time we have had to reconnect the ducting ourselves at least 5 times per year. The ducting installation was at best messy and worst appalling. The air coditioning units were not installed properly and were leaning against our wall and the inlet was not properly sealed. We raised this issue with the company when they came to repair a fault in the system (not their fault). However nobody ever came back to fix it. When we had another fault on our Daikin system we were told TCA Cooling no longer had the contract and could not fix it. We ended up having to get another company to fix this and the initial bad installation job which cost us another $2k.
