My first contact with Value Hearing was June 2014 in Brisbane. I had selected them from an internet site and reviews after a degree of dissatisfaction with a previous supplier. My decision proved to be an excellent selection as my association with Brisbane and Gold Coast offices of Value Hearing have been first rate. Their service has been very professional, friendly and helpful even including providing loan hearing aids by mail when I was away from home.My recent upgrade to replace my damaged aids was handled in their usual efficient manner and Christo's recommendation on brand, type and price has proven to be ideally suited to my lifestyle and budget.All facets of my dealings with Value Hearing have been a total pleasure.Thanks all.

Value Hearing Gold Coast Varsity LakesReceiving a hearing Aid is one thing, to get to know the apparatus is another.There’s a saying ‘you don’t know, what you don’t know’.To get to know the hearing aid what you don’t know, you need technicians who knows their apparatuses. Value Hearing is just that. After I were taught the functioning of my Signia apparatus, I could beter explain to them what I wanted. The advice and service I have received at Value Hearing Gold Coast has been exceptional on all the occasions that I have visited them over the past 5 years.The Audiologist that I visit, Louai Naouri, at Value Hearing, Gold Coast is very skilled, very helpful and has a very caring attitude. He has always shown a genuine interest and concern in ensuring that the solutiorecommends works and continues to work.After nearly 5 years of using my first heating aids, I have today replaced them with a new pair. The service from Louai throughout the renewal process was again excellent.I have recommended Value Hearing Gold Coast to friends and will continue to recommend them to anyone who requires this high level of service, reliability as well as competitive pricing.

In the last five years I have acquired two sets of hearing aids, both purchased from Value Hearing because of their best price offer. I am always pleased with the patient and full on attention I receive at my six monthly appointments. Christo and his audiologist colleagues continue to provide me with excellent service, explaining in detail with the help of a computer screen how my hearing aids work, and making useful adjustments to deal with my ongoing hearing loss.Value Hearing has continued to help me with my hearing problems... very useful discussions, and very good alterations when necessary for my hearing aids. I am very happy to continue with Value Hearing.

Value Hearing at Varsity Lakes is a great place to get professional, knowledgeable advice on all hearing issues.. I bought 2 excellent top class hearing aids from them several years ago. They really provide excellent service every time I need to visit. Pricing is very reasonable and their service and knowledge is superb. Easy parking is another benefit. It's a thoroughly recommended business for anyone concerned about any hearing issues.

I have been a client of Value Hearing for two years now and the level of service has never wavered. Love these guys! Nothing is ever a trouble to them. Before finding Value Hearing, I had several bad experiences with audiologists where I was clearly nothing but a customer who needed the highest priced device on the shelf. Value Hearing has clipped the price on big-brand hearing aids and the after-sales care is phenomenal. Heartily recommend them.

Value Hearing at Varsity Lakes are fantastic. After a reasonably bad 5 years with my previous provider, I have found the team at Value Hearing very professional, thorough and extremely helpful.Louai Naouri (audiologist) really knows his area of expertise. From initial assessment through to fitting new aids, and a follow up appointment, I cannot sing their praises high enough.Other assessments I have had in the past have been half baked compared to the thorough assessments Louai and the team perform. They are also comparable in pricing to the other providers. It is the extremely high service and professionalism I believe sets them in another league.
