Very unprofessional ! I would'nt go there again . Pedi was even more of a disaster.I wouldn't recommend them to anyone !

I'm a bit disappointed, there is a woman I think she’s the head, she makes my eyelashes worst. Like before my eyelashes last for 2 to 3 weeks, now less than 1 week and it’s gone. I pay $60 for my infill and it's not worth it.

I had a full set of lashes done by Pearl Nails and they lasted just over week instead of the normal two to three weeks. The fall out with the first few days was awful. Will never go back there again.

Had an amazing service and friendly staff. Especially, Thanks to Laura who did pedicure for me, was really good and even suggested nail colour that is good for me.. Happy with the service.

Pretty good, ladies were kind, and the lady was attentive to detail, and did my nails with precision. They didn't rush me, which is amazing. Other than a few moments where the lady sounded a bit demanding and mad lmao (which I usually don't appreciate). but in Mt Druitt, would recommend. At least it's not like the other ones.

That was painful. First and last time going here. The acrylic they use burns your nails till they feel like their on fire. I've been doing my nails for 20 years and never had this happen to me before. Still paid but lesson learnt won't go here ever again.

Honestly this is my fave go to nail salon! The staff here are so nice and don't mind my small talk chatty self. I LOVE the massage chair, need to get pedicures more often. I am ALWAYS satisfied with my SNS nails, unlike other places I've been to, these ones last me EVERY TIME and don't chip off or break. I got a design done for the first time and its just so cute I'm in love.Not to mention that the prices are reasonable too! If you LOVE getting your nails done like me then THIS place is your next experiment!

PEARL NAILS MT DRUITT WESTFIELD MALLVery unpleasant experience 23/12/22 I get it’s a busy time due to close to xmas but this day my experience was uncalled for and very disappointing. I approached the store as my daughter who was getting her pedi done was in there I asked at the counter if I could get French tips done and if not how long would the wait be? lady asked other staff and was told yes after a staff member finishes off a customer pedi and that would be in 10mins and so told me to go take a seat at one of the tables avaible and wait. 10mins into it a staff member approached me and asked what I needed done i said French tips? No she said sorry there is no one available to do it and plus this customer wants to get her manicure done now so can I go away and wait. Firstly no! I wouldn’t go wait again after being told I could be seen no to tell me no one can help me they are busy. Look I get it’s busy but that’s why I asked first and was told yes to sit at the vacant seat and will be seen in 10mins. Not to be told you can’t now?? Just ridiculous. My daughter was telling me she overheard the staff member say she could do the customer who was suppose to have her feet done over me. Even though I was seated there first! Very stupid to be honest!! My Daughter said even her experience wasn’t great took way to long. And all she wanted was pedi and mani with shellac. Will def not be attending this store again.

I went to pearl nails for the first time today in mount druitt and I can’t express enough how happy I am with the results.I’m quite fussy as I like short, short nails and very thin coat of acrylic. When I get my nails done most of the time I’m constantly asking for them to fix it. Today at pearl nails I just told Vivienne what I wanted and she came through. I can’t recommend Vivienne enough. Absolutely amazing.

I came and did the eyelash extension paid $80 but not even 2hours that some already fell from my face. The next day, all already gone..
