AAA Lucky Removal

The only good thing is the price at $80/hour. However, if something goes wrong then good luck on getting any customer service. I’ve used this company three times in total, the first two times they were great. Cheap and hard working, the two gentleman didn’t even take a lunch break. They just kept on working. However, the third time they were slow. It took them over 40 minutes to drive between my two addresses even though it’s only a 10 minute drive. They moved my previous apartment in less than 4 hours and we were top floor with no stairs, but this time it took them almost 7 hours and we had less stuff and a lift. I called to speak to the manager thinking that maybe they just sent out some new workers, I thought the manager would want to know if their new workers are ruining their reputation. However, the manager was in a meeting. I was told they’d call back. They never did. Now when I call it just goes to voicemail. I have referred this company to friends and I’m a repeat customer - but not anymore!

What a dodgy business!Booked them for moving. 2 guys came in with very poor equipment and very minimal English. Guess what? Once they started they kept talking on the phone and then canceled the job just after they started because apparently they didn’t like the job or didn’t line me. No communication from the office to explain. Imagine the situation they put me in and how I am supposed to find an alternative after I planned everything and other removals are fully booked already for maybe 2 weeks ahead!!Such a dodgy company

I used their service when I first move. I was quite happy with the guys were very careful and no damage to my furniture. I call them again for my second move. Movers were so unprofessional they came with a small truck which I had requested a bigger truck. I told them this and he went downstairs and didn’t come back. Second guy came mentioned again too many furniture he said he will check with the office. They never returned back. I called the office lady said she will get the manager to call me back. Never called back. I called them again and again no respond. Eventually I was blocked.. never ever use their service again. They left me in the middle and couldn’t find anyone else. If possible I would give them 0.

The team did a really good job. They were punctual, efficient and careful. They loaded a 4 bedroom house full of furniture drove to the new place and offloaded everything in a total of 4.5 hours. Very pleased with their work.

I spoke to the receptionist twice, a week prior to moving date. Confirmed the clearance of the truck had to be below 3.3 metres, she confirmed it was 3.2 so all was good. Onthe day 2 guys came with a 3.8 metre truck and could not go into the loading dock. Not their fault I believe however the lack of communication between her to the drivers were apparent. She did not note this down as I’ve had to speak to someone else who advised me it wasn’t in the notes. We had taken a day off work and all our stuff is packed and ready to go. We now unfortunately have to move tomorrow as all other places are booked and there is a time limit that the concierge of our current place won’t allow us to use the loading dock after a certain time. Day is definitely ruined and now things are delayed. Don’t recommend this company. Only reason I chose this place was because my mother in law used them before with no issues. However this is a major inconvenience and not ok.

Have just used this company for the first time to move out. There was multiple calls leading up to the removal by the reception which kept me informed of what time the drivers would be there, although the time changed a little bit if that’ll be a deal breaker for you. The drivers were hard working and removed a full apartment full of furniture on the 4th floor with stairs. The rate was $110/ h with a $110 call out fee + a tip for the stairs, which I think was more than reasonable for the work they put in and great value considering what some places were quoting for 4 flights of stairs. Workers kept to themselves but took a lot of care with furniture, even wrapping some items. Everything made it to the new place in one piece and they worked quickly, even beating us to the new place and unloading their truck in less than an hour. Would use again!

DO NOT USE!!! This company should be closed down and taken to a current affair! These people are crooks and thief's!!I booked them in 2 weeks in advanced and paid them $500 deposit and two men came to my house and couldn’t speak English properly, looked at the items then took off and said call the office.The office started playing games and rejecting my phone calls while all my belongings where out the front of the house waiting to be collected.I had to organise another Removelist company for afternoon and night shifts which costed double to get this done in the same day otherwise I would of lost my bond which is $5,000 as I needed to be out of house the same day as the new tenants are moving in.I can’t believe this business is still operating! What a absolute joke!

Worst service we ever had during a move. Guys complained about lack of money from the start for a quoted job. Packed half the truck then quit the job unpacked the truck on the driveway and drove off without an update. The office also then blocked our number. Do not use them these people

Awful - do not book! Upon arrival I asked them to assist me in wrapping my fridge. They told me no need as they wrap in blankets. They didn't. The blanket just sat at the front of it and fell in transit. I have a very expensive fridge which was completely ruined. The worst part of it, I contacted the lady in the office" who just completely ignored me and then blocked my number. They have no insurance. Do not book these people. The price ended up being the same as much more reputable companies

*WARNING* - DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY?! - they damaged an $1800 tv unit of mine due to poor packing and moving and then left me to move it ON MY OWN along with another piece of furniture over $40?! - they didn’t finish the job! Even after I had made their job easier by pre wrapping my furniture and helping them carry my lounge down 4 flights of stairs! - UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNFAIR!!
