Do not but protective screen cover from this mob. I have purchased twice and both times faulty and way too small for my screen.Total waste of $60.

Based on my recent experience with Mobile Technica, I have absolutely no hesitation recommending them! The communication and solution re a problem I had with an order (completely my own fault) was outstanding, if only more companies were this professional. Received a faulty screen protector that chipped all throughout within 24 hours of applying it despite not dropping the phone or doing anything with it to warrant this damage (applied to a brand new phone). Mobile Technica advised it must have been faulty and that they'd send a new one. The tracking number they provided was for another order that was delivered to a completely different state. Then they provided another tracking number that almost a week later still apparently hasn't actually been shipped or checked into Australia Post's system. They claim they've sent another parcel but its been days and I still haven't received a tracking number or update even though I've asked for it. I ended up just filing a dispute with my bank against the charge because they either seem incapable or unwilling to resolve this directly. I really struggle to understand how out of four apparent express post product shipments within a two week block, only one (faulty product) has made it to the customer, while the others just don't seem to exist or have gone elsewhere. I'm pretty disappointed with this entire experience and am looking forward to getting my money back so I don't have to deal with this company's poor practice or communication again.Editing to say I have received my item, however all comments about my experience with this company and their poor communication still stand. The scree. Protector also cracked while holding the phone in my hand days later. Don't bother.
