Not that great once they got rid of their physical office. Less tenant Enquiries and not interested in being good property managers. Property manager more keen for me to sell than to manage my property. They also charge for yearly statement summaries and don’t pick up that water usage that can be passed be passed onto the tennant. Changed to Wiseberry and it’s been much better.
