I have been attending regular eye tests for many years now at Specsavers Herbey Bay Central and have always found the staff to be thorough; friendly, polite, and honest when helping me choose my next pair of glasses, which is always the hardest part of the eye test. thanks guys

My first set of glasses and multi focal arrived with a script that I could not see out of so I had to redo the test and order new glasses. I was given a guarantee about the multi focal that if I want happy with them I could return them within 90 days. As I wasn’t happy with them (couldn’t see out of the short distant lens). I was treated like a thief by the young man and lady with long dark hair at Hervey bay stocklands when I did this, eye rolls and glares and being spoken to like I was doing something wrong by using the guarantee I was offered for very expensive glasses. To soften the financial impact to spec savers I even offered to swap the multifocals for much cheaper sunglasses instead of receiving a full refund. I was then very pointedly told that this would be the last time I could swap them. All in all a very unpleasant customer experience and I will be unlikely to use specsavers services in the future based on the way I was treated for except using the consumer guarantee you offer.

So on a whim I decide to take a sentimental pair of broken sunglasses into the Stockland Specsavers to see if they can be fixed. As I walk in I'm feeling really stupid. I don't wear prescription glasses so I have no idea what I'm doing here or if repairs are even offered-- *especially* for glasses I didn't buy from them.It took seven minutes.A stafflady, *Chloe* , replaced the screw in my sunglasses and gave them back to me good as new in *seven minutes. no charge.* All the while talking to me like I was a long-time, actually-paying client.I just hope I didn't make a scene with my confused gratitude. Thank you :)

I came in very frustrated with previous glasses from somewhere else. Greeting was quick. Optometrist was excellent and really listened and helped me out as I have cataracts happening. The staff who helped me were knowledgable!! Fitted me with the correct glasses. 2 weeks after I got them I fell and scratched my lens. Again, staff were excellent and this time with my golden ticket was able to purchase an even better pair!!! It just doesn't get any better than Specsavers at the Hervey Bay Central! Will never stray again.

Was waiting for service and had three staff members ignoring me but as soon as Ausra saw me, she stopped what she was doing and came over to give me amazing service, to which I purchased a pair of glasses. Highly recommend Ausra!

Friendly professional and knowledgeable staff who provide a level of service 2nd to none. Their products are top quality with a wide selection of styles and colours, and at excellent prices. As a grey nomad, the fact that there are so many Specsaver stores across the country means I travel with peace of mind knowing I can easily replace a set of specs should I need too. If glare from oncoming headlights and or street lights are an issue for you, ask the team about their anti-glare coating; made a massive difference for me when driving at night and in heavy rain showers during the day. Had some issues with my glasses when I first tried them. Luckily Antonia discovered the problem after a re measure. Result is new lenses coming. Very impressed with the service and professional manner of Specsavers, but a big shout out to Antonia for her friendly, caring, and knowledgeble service.
