Badly laid, poor communication. Job not completed to any satisfaction.Carpet laid but with faults, carpet layer cut fibres and left holes in carpet. This was confirmed by carpet supplier rep. Suddenly communication between Carpet One and myself became a problem. The store manager/owner no longer accepted phone calls and response to emails required multiple reminders before a reply was received.Finally the faulty/ damaged carpet was replaced but unfortunately the carpet layer laid one section in the wrong direction. Will they fix this? No, and that is what we are left with, carpet with a poor join laid in a different direction to existing carpet. Carpet One don’t care, my wife mentioned that she would put something on social media but Paul? didn’t seem to care.Oh and it’s my fault the carpet was laid in the wrong direction because I asked the layer to not relay carpet with indentations if possible.

Recently I had new laminate and new carpet laid. I found the service at Carpet One was excellent from the beginning to the completion. I was expecting to wait four weeks but they range within the week to say my items were all ready to go. The staff were helpful in choosing the correct items and now my upstairs looks great, it has a new life.

I used Carpet One to replace the carpet in a one bedroom apartment. I am very satisfied with all aspects of the process. Markus came to the flat quickly to measure and quote, and did an excellent job, then about a week later the carpet was expertly installed.

I am so blown away with both the customer service and quality of the installation. I dealt with Markus who was fantastic and took the time to give me alternative options and explain the process. Cant fault Carpet One at all, we initially went with lemons but due to poor service from lemons we decided to try a new supplier. Carpet one Were polite and not pushy at all. Gave us great advice and the finished product was great. They made life easy for us especially with the fact that we have a young baby. All credit to Carpet one I highly recommend. Also delivered a care package the day after install was complete

Wes was so helpful when we visited the show room. He was able to show us different carpets that were going to be best suited to our lifestyle (2 kids, a baby on the way and two big dogs). Communication and installation was quick and easy. We were very happy with the service we received at carpet one.
