The team at Aurora have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have been managing one of my properties for a few years now and they have been brilliant.More recently I engaged them to lease out anther property and from the first engagement with Dani Paltridge all the way through to having the property leased was seamless.Dani was absolutely brilliant she managed all my expectations form the get go. She had the property on the market only 10 days before it was rented out and contracts signed.She was brilliant to deal, the customer service was excellent and dealing with Dani and her team made for a really good customer experience.She and Kerrie make a great team and I would recommend them to anyone looking to lease their property.

We changed to Aurora after some very poor experiences with other property managers and have had a great experience with our property manager Joanne who is absolutely fantastic. She has been so genuine, knowledgeable, professional and helpful with small issues and questions right through to larger and more complex matters. Nothing is a hassle and she is incredibly able to pick up discussions from where they left off and to keep track of things in a very personal way despite the number of properties she manages and the range of people she engages with. She has always been very personal and generous and we have never felt like a number or a hassle. We have found Joanne and the team at Aurora fantastic and this has been very refreshing and welcome, especially given other experiences we've had.

Amazing service by Joanne employed Aurora property for the leasing and continued property management of a property, and have not been disappointed, to date. They were proactive, quick and efficient. The Aurora team stand well above others for property management. After being disappointed by some of the big guns in this arena for management of our investment property, we went with Aurora after renting a property managed by them. Aurora's excellent systems and quality processes (like use docusign for agreements), and their person-centred approach (like returning calls and addressing all issues in a timely and efficient manner) was truly a breath of fresh air. Amanda from the leasing team has been so wonderful to deal with from day 1 we enquired about viewing a property. She was so helpful and responsive in our communication. We were on the rental market for quite some time and started to really loose hope with how hard it has been, but Amanda's genuine care in how she processed our applications made us see the light at the end of the tunnel.
