The Good Guys Hectorville

The service given to my parents over a week ago was below par. One staff member left in the middle of serving them! The staff need a refresher course on customer service. I have never have experienced it at Hectorville, but after the way my parents were treated last week. I am not going back. Very Disappointed

Bad customer service by sales person and manager cut long story short clearance fridge was verbally sold to me and I offered to pay the deposit but I was told just pay in full when you come back. I came back the next morning, the fridge was already sold to someone else and they couldn’t do the same deal on another fridge.

If possible, I would give them a zero star! Worst customer service experience ever. Trying to sort out an online order for 3 days. They just shift responsibility from one store to another, waiting for ages for someone to pick up the phone ...

Was on hold for 20 minutes to confirm if an item was in stock, no staff member picked up!!!... Purchased the item elsewhere as a result. Won't bother with this store in the future.

Three times I go there, three times I go somewhere else to buy what I need. Even if it’s quiet nobody comes to help you after 20 minutes wait. Nobody ask you if you need anything. Everyone is busy to do some internal things or talking at the phone. No customer service at all.

Wish there was a minus star to give them.Bad customer service, the person serving rudely asked me to wait for a minute and didn't bother to come back at all. Good guys or bad guys?Never stepping into this store from now on!!

Good service in store then terrible after sales service. Waiting months for a faulty TV to be fixed or replaced, they keep blaming Sony instead of resolving. No point buying the extra concierge service they promote, doesn’t seem to help.

OMG... I barely have words. I bought new appliances for a new house. The Nescafe Dolce Gusto doesn't have auto turn off! So the first day I have gooey coffee lake all over my new kitchen!! The TCL tv randomly does whatever it likes. It's not a relaxing hour or so watching TV, but a good half hour playing TV Tech Detective!! Today it's decided that despite being connected to an antenna, it can't find the hdmi 2 cable!! Which it's never used!! every da**ned time it's a fight just to watch the telly!! The soda stream?? Oh I got the nice new one... only thing is IT DOESN'T TAKE THE NORMAL GAS CYLINDERS!! Gah... Well. It was a good relationship for a long time, but now... it's just too hard.

I went here to buy an air fryer as I'd seen them on TV. I didn't know much about them except I wanted to get one. The lady who greeted me with a smile was very helpful and knowledgeable on all the air fryers. Her name was Srishti. I told her what I would use it for mostly and she told me the pros and cons of each one. She just didn't try to sell me the most expensive one. I wound up buying the Tefal Easy Fry with the large 4.2L capacity as she suggested and I love it. She was right on all accounts. I use it all the time. Great service and easy parking.

Don’t buy the Bosch washing machine! Terrible!The washing machine that I bought is brand new, I first noticed a big amount of water leaking 3-4 months after I bought this machine. (It might leak from small amount which I was not able to see) after Long waiting (about 3.5 weeks) a repairer came and applied some glue around the hose (so the water will leak around the hose again after the glue degrades). I still can touch a small amount of water after washing. You can see the wires are around the hose, the leaking water will cause safety issues. When the worker applied the glue, he didn’t tell me. I have seen it when he came the second time. During the second visit, the repairer refused to stay 15 minutes to see where the water coming through, he stayed for less 5 minutes, disconnected my pipe but didn’t put back, dragged the washing machine out rudely and scratched my floor tiles. Now, I am still not able to wash my clothes and they still refuse to replace a washing machine!!!
