Woolworths Narangba
Changed from Morayshire to Narangba Woolworths after years of bad service. Now shopping at Narangba for 3 months and had nothing but perfect experiences. All the shelves are well stocked throughout the whole store. Always plenty of trolleys and baskets. Store always clean. Never had to wait long at registers. Staff always friendly. Very well managed store. Well done guys!!!

Amazing customer service from Nathan (Duty Manager). He went above and beyond to rectify an issue we had with our online delivery yesterday. It's great to know that good quality customer service still exists. THANK YOU VERY MUCH NATHAN!

Not bad. Could be better. Far too many self serve checkouts. The most I've ever seen with atleast a dozen. The staff are hit and miss. A few too many young people in the same areas. Needs more diversity as they tend to play around sometimes.

I've just moved to the area and have already been to this Woolies a number if times. Very handy with lovely, smiley and helpful staff and of ciurse, the usual Woolies great value.

I was served by an older lady this morning and omg I forgot what customer service was…. Her name was Kerri and she was sincerely happy, friendly and excited to be working! I am usually served by younger workers and gosh the newer generations have to work harder on being cheerful and happy to have a job in this day and age. I have a large family and will definitely return for Kerri smile and energy!Well done Kerri

If your Jumbo rolls are not jumbo then are they dinner rolls? Cmon this store is a joke, I feel sorry for the staff that work here, this has to be the worst managed store in australia. Because there is no competition in this area and therefore this store give their customers second tier experience. IGA Narangba have more care factor than the managers running this woolworthless store. Had to wait over 20 mins to be served today and countless times have purchased several products that are well past there used by date and roast chicken that is still pink in the middle. C'mon you managers time you earn your pay cheques. Be also really nice if you had stocked shelves. I can no longer shop here again even though it's 2 mins from home. SUPER FRUSTRATING STORE

While I appreciate it's the only Woolies in the local area, management needs to pick up their game. Fresh produce and meat depts usually low on stock, and very small range in the deli. We normally do online ordering and every single time they manage to stuff up our order and then have to re-pick it entirely. This completely removes the whole convenience" of online ordering. It has potential but like another reviewer said

Most people I know would rather have their groceries put through at a checkout. Never enough of them open.Maybe you should bring in a small charge. A dollar or so. Free for aged pensioners and people on disability.Give the workers the opportunity to work for wages plus commission.You could probably get it to balanceout.Essentially free for the supermarket.High paying and a sort after competitive role for the workers.Happy customers with access to checkouts with happy attendants making good money with a positive attitude hoping customers will come to them.This may not be the solution but the lovely young bloke at the checkout today thought it was a great idea.
