Russell was great! Very friendly! Very knowledgeable and listened to my issues and worked on everything I was having trouble with, talking through all of it, it was an incredible massage relieved so much muscle tension and walked out floating and pain free!!!

Russ spent so much time with me. He genuinely wants to help me and he was extremely interested about my injury. He seem to really know his stuff. I’m looking forward to going back in the coming weeks. I pray and hope that I can get some relief with Russ but my injury is extremely unique and only time will tell if massage will be beneficial for me. All in all it was a very hopeful and positive experience. Highly recommend. I have seen a lot of health practitioners over the last 2 years and Russ is certainly one of the genuine ones

Russ is an amazing massage therapist. My neck and shoulders had been blocked for months and in one session, he fixed what several osteo and massage sessions hadn’t. Russ really knows what he is working on in every moment and I’ll make a point of coming back to Caves beach so I can get another massage with him.

Moving through muscle groups using techniques to activate the fascia, increase blood flow and trigger point therapy.He has the ability to adapt to any amount of pressure you desire and communicates to make sure everything is being targeted perfectly.

I cannot recommend Russ enough, he is incredibly knowledgeable and explained the muscles he was working on in the massage every step of the way. He is a very genuine, patient person with a clear passion for helping people. Without doubt the best massage I have ever had, Russ’s professionalism and communication were top tier and he immediately sorted out the pain and injury, all round a wonderful experience and I will 100% be back!

I went for the first time 1 week ago and as a middle age female, i was very comfortable with Russell. I had quiet a lot of soreness in my shoulders and neck and Russell didn't just look at the point of soreness but the root cause, which may run all the way down your back, quads or into the skull. He wasn't in a rush as i went well over the designated time frame. I will be heading back in 3 weeks and i hope that i may get the remainder of the body seen to. I appreciate Russels knowledge and friendly disposition. He loves what he does and is good at it.
