Terrible employer!

An amazing place for me. I had a great time with my mates,boss. I wish I could work here forever.

Don't go work there unless you wanna be treated very poorly. They have no respect for their workers, you'll just be a number.

Bad place to work.. mainly backpackers who work there that only get hired through a working hostel which is a dump and if they leave the hostel their employment is terminated.. workers are pushed non stop and put under unnecessary pressure.. making this a highly stressful environment which is made worse by not knowing if you are working and or what time you are starting until after 6pm the previous night and there is usually no clue to what time you will finish..management advises that it is the workers that lucky to be working there, not that they are lucky to have the workers that they get.. in my view, there are too many mistakes made which the workers get blamed for which in fact, management puts anyone anywhere with no training and expects perfection and error detecting which is impossible without taking time, therefore in the managements eyes, too slow and put on another job and not given work for days.. other than all that, the general products of potatoes and onions are quite good.. but look at the quality of bagged potatoes first before buying

Terrible place. They often forget the people working there are human beingings. Sexist and racists with absolutely no conscious. They text the night before if you have work and this can be 1-18 hours, they also send texts saying they no longer have work then hire more people to keep the hostel they are connected with sweet with no care of how that person will pay there extortionate rent in dirty residency or even have enough to leave to find another job. They do not train anyone yet they expect everyone to be experts in whatever job they get given made harder by every shift either being on a different station or on the same station day in day out causing RSIs amongst other physical and mental stresses. The hygiene is extremely poor many people get sick from all the dirt yet you dare call in sick as you are likely to not be asked back. All produce here is questionable, they often use the same pallets and date them differently to get more orders out. I would not eat it if i could with this I feel concerend that the same packaging is used by another factory called Mitolos who are exceptionally clean and well run and who respect and care for there employees. All in all my view is Virginia's need shutting down or taking over by people who respect others and not just money grabbers!

Can not forget this place. Very nice place to work

I really liked working here, I only left because I moved overseas. If I went back to Australia I’ll work there again.
