BlueSpa Dental Collins St

Rang today because I needed to make an appointment. I was told by the female that I could get an appointment on Friday but she was in the car & would ring me back in 20min. An hour later, which I didn't mind waiting as I believed I was just waiting to be advised of a time. Female rings me back & I was told, without even a consultation that she spoke to a dentist & was advised to go to hospital & get an MRI! When I told her I wasn't going to a hospital, she said ok & hung up! Really! Without even a consultation, I was being told I needed an MRI! Ludicrous & very unprofessional & because she rang me so late I was unable to make an appointment anywhere else, so will have to wait until tomorrow. If I could give NO stars I would. This spiel they give about caring for their clients is clearly advertising at its best but when put to the test, customer service at its worst. If this is how they treat you to begin with imagine their treatment of you post appointment. Don't even bother!

I've been a patient here for more than 5 years and have been very happy with the care and service provided. Dr. Cartas and her team are always very accommodating, I'd recommend their Collins St clinic to anyone looking for a dentist in the CBD.

Genuine service, they were really helpful, made the time to answer all my questions and concerns and provided clear and detailed advice. For the teeth cleaning service they were patient and made sure I was comfortable at all times as you can imagine it's a little scary getting your teeth cleaned, I will definitely return for my next appointment.

I have been going to Leonida for a few years and she is quite good, since covid it’s been a while between visits so I attended and saw Catherine. She was professional and diligent as was the rest of the team. I can recommend this dentist clinic for sure.

Dr Cartas put me at ease straight away, communicating with me throughout my consultations. We made a treatment plan which was flexible and transparent. Her surgical skills are excellent and are undertaken with her characteristic kindness. She has a fantastic team supporting her, including Dental Assistant Sarah who put me at ease in their COVID safe environment upon my return after Melbourne's long lockdown. Thank you BluSpa!

BEWARE!Only go here if you want terrible work done that won’t last!Got 2 front vaneers replaced and things started going wrong straight from the second appointment.My teeth were prepared for crowns instead of vaneers without concent.Wrong type of crowns then ordered.When right ones were eventually made the shape was wrong and they were too tight.I told dr cartas this but she said they’d settle in.They didn’t. Just 2 short years in, they cracked from pressure and fell out. They should last 10-15 years!One star is generous. I advised APRAH who agreed it was all done wrong, audited dr cartas and made her do courses.Save yourself the trouble. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Had the pleasure of being treated by Dr.Cartas for regular dental work and recently for wisdom teeth removal. Really happy with the service right from the start til the finish. Definitely recommend!

I have been a patient at this dentist for over 10 years and I even though I have moved away from Southbank where it was convenient I still do not mind the travel to see my usual Dentist. Very professional, quick and painless. I totally recommend getting your teeth cleaned, checked and explained to you with Blue Spa Dental. The girls here are very professional and friendly.

These people helped me so much with their advise and expertise, and the tooth filling work was completed to a high standard with no pain at all.Dr Nida was very gentle and caring and her advise saved me a few hundred dollars in extra expenses.Definately will be coming back!
