Austral Animal Boarding Kennels

Austral Pets were able to accommodate our last-minute request for boarding services with such professionalism and care. Lovely team who very much care about all the animals, friendly and helpful staff. My dog really enjoyed himself. Fantastic experience.

Always super impressed with Austral Animal Boarding Kennels. Our rabbit, Hayley, has stayed there on two occasions. Quick, simple booking processes with affordable prices. I have witnessed other families picking up and dropping of cats/ dogs and it is always done with care and consideration. Would certainly recommend all pet owners to consider this place.

Just had my pup stay at Austral Pets and I'm blown away by how well he was taken care of. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the facilities were clean and spacious, and the extra services they offer (like feeding and grooming) were a huge bonus. My pup received so much love and attention. He was so happy and healthy when I picked him up and I could tell the staff truly treated him like one of their own. Thank you team for giving me peace of mind while I was away and for taking such great care of my pup! Highly recommend!

Would recommend for a boarding place. Over Easter plans changed and I needed a last minute boarding for my dog. I rang around and got a quote from Austral. The price was extremely reasonable for the holiday period.I was very nervous leaving my dog somewhere I had not been able to get to to view myself, but went off the reviews.The check in process was easy as.The staff were friendly and did an amazing job.I picked up my dog full of energy, happy and healthy!There were no signs of anxiety from him at all, which can sometimes happen after we leave him for a few days.He was well looked after and I would definitely use again if needed! Great facility.

10/10 top-notch service. Went away for a week and left my pup with these guys and I couldn’t have picked a better place.The facility is immaculate and the staff are so friendly and attentive. I just like to thank Austral pets Thay looked after my dog Zeke and I could tell when they brought him back he was in good shape. His fur was nice and groomed, and he smell beautiful, and he looks so so happy. What I like the most is, they gave me a report on he stayed on all his eating habits and playtime. 10 out of 10

Milo my cat stayed 28 days, and we were very nervous but wow did the team here exceed our expectations! Thank you to the cattery team for taking such good care of him, he was happy and relaxed, and the whole team really helped us transition into a better holiday experience knowing he was in good hands and being well taken care of.I have already recommended them to a few friends with kitties as these guys are such professionals. You can also tell they really love the animals there!

I left my puppy here for 4 nights and a bath on her last day. She seemed really happy when I picked her up. Very clean and smelt lovely. My only feedback to them would be atleast some update would be really nice as I kept wondering how everything was going rather than enjoying my holiday:) other than that friendly staff and reasonable price.

Easy booking, fast response so helpful for a last minute trip. Great option for your dogs and cats, they're well looked after, fed and played with, and the grooming services before checking out were really fantastic. Luna smelled great and was so fluffy, you could tell she had a wonderful time and Whiskas was very happy too
