Super happy with today's service. They had everything i wanted.. plus an extra star for the lad who took all my purchases to my parked car. I had a young kid with me and before I knew it he was assisting. all with a smile. On a Saturday morning. Legend :)

Gotta love the range of stuff these guys offer ... the staff seemed so happy and proud of where they are working also.Few hiccups on opening day, but they did really well to get stuff to and running so quick.Looking forward to doing plenty more business with you guys!

Worst customer service ever. And product quality is unacceptable. I bought laptop, after few weeks key cap was fallen off it self. Also, wireless keyboard, it doesn't work from the first stage. Here is the worst.

I was purchasing some hardware for my son and having a bit of trouble with debit card. Staff were friendly, very patient and helpful. After 40 mins I called it quits. Came back next day and all went well.

Brilliant service by friendly and knowledgeable staff. New store looks awesome, loads of stock and had everything I wanted.Reading the other reviews - emails may have been unsolicited BUT Im extremely greatful to have found out about the opening today! I dont think my email was unsolicited as I had previously purchased from centercom online anyway. Was a very worthwhile trip in.

Holding my sons money hostage because of an address issue the only difference between the address on PayPal is it doesn’t state the suburb just capital city where we live. And on delivery address he stated our suburb so they are saying it looks like a fraudsters making the order. My son uses a VPN which they also flagged. if that’s an issue then have an error don’t take the funds from PayPal. He has to wait 5 days for a refund because he can’t prove who he is as he doesn’t have a drivers license or a bill in his name. The person I spoke to didn’t even know if my son could use his proof of age card as proof of iD. Sale person seems to think they haven’t got anything wrong it’s our issue. We will take out $1500 and spend it somewhere else and when it comes time for the rest of our family to upgrade our PCs and those of our friends. This was for the online store but we can’t leave reviews there. The Adelaide store was actually great my son spent his money there. I’m not changing my review here till I can leave a review on the online store.

SCAMMERS.I bought a HP bluetooth headset. Once I left the store with the headphones, I opened them and saw that they were very large. I went back into the store (at all this, only 2 minutes passed). I went in and asked for a refund or exchange for others as they were extremely large. To my surprise, I was told that they were not. That they could not be exchanged. The headphones, I did not try them on, let alone plug them in. I find it incredible that they did not want to help me since I had just bought 2 products in the store with a total cost of 100 dollars.I do not recommend anyone to buy from this store. Surely they will respond to this review commenting on any nonsense to leave the business well. No case, it has been pitiful and I would like to think, that they did not take advantage because I do not have good English.
