Great service from Alyson, Kate and the crew!! Have now lost 5kg with their help and feeling heaps fitter!

I had sent them a message enquiring about a certain pre workout product. They have seen it. But did not respond, or answer my question. So I gave it two days until I sent another message. After this I made it aware that I have noticed that they have seen my message two days ago, and haven’t responded. Now they won’t even open my message. I find this rude and quite unprofessional. After this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere.

As something of an inexperienced gym person my first experience of ASN Toowoomba was extremely positive. My gym EFM allowed us to go through the body scan to measure our progress.I was met with warm and friendly reception from the manager Allyson.She went through the test and explained options to myself of some products. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased two products one I loved the other I didn’t.Second visit I gave her that feed back and she asked me further questions and gave me some excellent advice regarding muscle repair drink and a delicious protein drink powder. She allowed me to taste some as the taste is a very strong factor for me.Subsequently ASN Toowomba will be the only store I go to for products like protein powder with all their snack options it’s a great place for someone like me who has a sweet tooth to get healthier snacks.Highly recommended!Say Hello to the friendly staff at the shop

This club is staffed by very passionate and knowledgeable staff who are able to give you multiple choices. There are no home brands and even give taste tests! You also don’t get the feeling you’ve been ripped off here and the staff clearly use the products themselves as they give really good descriptions of flavours especially for preworkouts and proteins. Love these guys, highly recommend!!

Amazing service even when your not a customer, I dropped my bank card outside there store and found a way to contact me so they could return it to me, if they will look after someone that wasn't shopping there, imagine how well look after you would be as a customer
