I went to Hair by Casey this morning to have my hair coloured what a fabulous atmosphere they offered personal service great advice and conversation and to top it off Lena did a fabulous job colouring and cutting my hair and I will definitely be back thanks to everyone there for everything Sharon

ADDIT: Hi Casey, I did not keep changing my mind and as you stated, I did show a photo of the look I was going for. I genuinely was not rude and calmly raised my concerns (though you left me in tears due to the way you were speaking to me), it was only when you started to aggressively pull my bangs when I pointed out that they were uneven that I then decided I didn’t feel comfortable allowing you to continue cutting my hair, which is when I politely asked if it would be okay for me to leave. I have added photos of what I left the salon looking like (and you can tell that your behaviour left me in tears) and the reference image I showed you, for anybody who would like a visual reference.This was the worst hair dressing experience I have ever had. I went in for a cut and blow wave, and requested a bouncy blow wave for a wedding in the afternoon.From the moment I walked in, I did not like the way Casey spoke to myself, or her staff members. She did not ask me where my hair parted and just assumed I wanted a trim. I have extremely thick naturally curly hair, that tangles easily. Casey went in with an extremely thin comb, which is a completely inappropriate tool for my hair, pulling extremely hard on my scalp, to the point where I was on the brink of tears. She explained that my hair was knotting as she was brushing it through. I explained that I can generally only brush it when wet, but Casey insisted they they do a dry cut on all clients. Instead of putting layers in, she just used thinning scissors throughout my hair, and cut very uneven curtain bangs on myself. No heat protectant or any product was used in my hair at any time. My hair was then blow dried straight, even though I had asked for a curly blow wave and Casey stated she was going to curl it (I didn’t want it curled this way, I wanted big bouncy blow wave curls). Throughout my appointment, she was very rude to her staff members and openly criticised their techniques in front of the clients.At this stage, I was almost in tears with how bad the haircut was and I raised my concerns. Casey raised her voice and I had to ask her to deescalate as I was raising my concerns in a calm and even tone. At this stage, I didn’t feel comfortable with her continuing to cut my hair and I requested to leave. Casey continued to yell at me as I left the store in tears, stating I wasn’t welcome back (as if I would ever let this woman near my hair again).She has ruined my hair and caused so much damage to it.

I have had my hair done multiple times by both Lina & Casey.All I can say is WOW!The photos speak for themselves.Services 100%Friendliness 100%Professionalism 100%

So I’m in remission from cancer 7 months and wanted my long hair back! Casey and Lina did them for me and I almost cried! I look like my old self again. I’m so grateful to the girls they have made my year!!!! So happy! Highly recommend everyone to go there if they want amazing Hairdressers! Thank you so much amazing girls xx
