I have check with the CSO at the counter whether my insurance will be covered or not for a deep cleaning, the answer is YES, after I have finished my serviced, they told me it's not covering, and charged me 700 for half of the cleaning, and there will be another half need to be done, which i leave me no choice, I will be paying another 700. Terrible .............hightly not recommended.

Dr John Yun Lee is very professional and nice, really patient and easy to communicate. The assistant dentist is very nice too. I’m very satisfied of my experience at Expert dental Eastwood.

Dr Rachel is a Christian dentist. She is friendly and experienced. Customer service is good and easy. They go out of the way to help out the customer. It’s not a fancy clinic but with full equipment. Dentist assistant/nurse didn’t seem as competent as they should be. Price-wise it is intermediate, not too competitive. Reviewed upon request in exchange for small gifts.

Rachel is really nice and friendly, always a good catch up every time I visit. She pays great attention to detail and helps breaks down in simple language, my dental health condition and always gives advice that would help me have improve my dental hygiene and health!
