The food came out quick, and service was really good they came around to ask if we wanted top up etc.

Went here for my mother in law Birthday celebration on Friday evening.The food is ok but quite pricey.Staff were lovely and attentive. However, my husband and I accidentally heard the manager (skinny male with glasses) spoke to his staff, was extremely rude and abusive. It was uncomfortable for us to witness that. I have noticed that other reviewers also mentioned the same thing previously.Also I don’t recommend this place if you come in with baby pram.Will not come back as I will not support a business don’t treat their staff right

The only place I go for K bbq. Avoid VIP room unless you have a big group. Food is much slower. Or just ask for food to be quickly served. No grill in VIP room. Normal tables are fine

BBQK PLUS (Level 3)
Disappointed.Been in here multiple times and the recent visit is disappointing. Poker face staffs. Food quality and portion dropped & the food was cooked on burnt mesh. During the whole cooking process (more than 1.5 Hr), no one bother changing the mesh and then told us burning is normal.Well I had dozen of experience of Korean Bbq including multiple times with this store, I recommend you to spend your money ELSEWHERE for eatable and more attentive service.NOT RECOMMEND

BBQK PLUS (Level 3)
We all really enjoyed the experience. While it was a bit expensive, the delicious food and excellent service made it worth it. The staff was welcoming. ensuring we had a memorable dining experience. However, the manager was scolding an employee in front of us about how to cook the steaks. Fantastic KBBQ, despite the higher cost.

Extremely busy, a nightmare to get up the lift, will take you 20mins to take the lift up, so I would suggest taking the stairs.Overall experience was not too bad, food was quite good and value for money, we got the combo fo 4 and was filling.Service was great felt sorry for them, they were on the go, jumping from table to table.

Really like the new spot upstairs from the old restaurant. Much bigger space with bigger tables.We had the Korean fried chicken- boneless half serve- and kimchi pancake to start. Both of these were great, and very generous portionWent with the Wagyu Scotch fillet, pork belly and boneless marinated beef rib for BBQ. Staff are really attentive and will cook all the meats for you if you want to just sit back and eat or you can cook it all yourself. The quality of meat with the BBQ is brilliant and well worth the price.The fried chicken is a stand out for me and they could open a fried chicken place on its own and I'd go there just for that!We will definitely be back again!Checkout our YouTube review for more at Bec & Dan

Went here for Mother’s Day dinner and had the worst service. I’m pretty sure the manager was a skinny guy with glasses, white shirt and tie behind the bar counter. While he and a waitress was talking I went up to ask them for a booster seat. They both stopped and just looked at me and when I asked them he put his hand in my face and said ok, then continued to talk to the waitress. Took me a second to process what even happened. Then I can see him later on really treating afew of the waitress’ really bad to the point they seemed to be holding back tears. He cracked a tantrum at my table at the waitress because he couldn’t figure out the iPad. This guy needs to be fired asap. Lucky the food was alright but still nothing extraordinary. Not coming back
