Michelle was very helpful with advice regarding the size of the unit needed and the size and number of boxes. She was also helpful in letting the removalists into my unit while I was still back at my place. Storage King has a good policy of being able to switch the customer to a smaller or larger storage unit if on the day the one booked turns out to be too large or too small. The Pymble facility is easy to get to.Highly recommended.

Storage King Pymble
An extraordinary good storage facility. John and his team that run the place provide great service and support for customers. It's a new facility so the security and amenities are first class. Plenty of unloading areas. Wide corridors and plenty of on-site trolleys. The prices are more than reasonable.

The location of Storage King Pymble is convenient and easy to access. The facility is very new, clean and well-managed.The customer service provided was fantastic. John is very nice and keen to provided the best solutions according to your demands. He is always patient to answer your questions and willing to help.Michelle spent a lot of time on helping us to find the most suitable spaces for our business with particular storage conditions during the weekends in order to meet next day move in. It was very much appreciated.The whole team of SKP is friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended, Storage King Pymble. Excellent customer service, staff were very helpful and spend time to explain about the deals and the property. Especially Matthew, Stephen and Michelle. They even offered the van for moving, and make everything easy for customers to move in. Really impressive.

We have had a great experience with Storage King. Michelle was quick and thorough in helping me to work out how best to accommodate my needs. And also showed us the different unit options to help us choose. Matthew was also very friendly and helpful to make the process as smooth as possible. Overall, we are very happy with the level of customer service and care given. We will definitely come back if and when the need arises in future.

A fabulous place to my business. It's bright, clean and very well structured, plenty room for cars & trucks to get in and out. John & team is always being friendly and very helpful. Great place to store your staff, highly recommended!
