The staff are all very efficient, polite and helpful . I needed a new computer, and needed everything off my old computer to be downloaded onto my new one. Valerie was so helpful in helping me choose a new computer, and also was brilliant in downloading everything for me, as I know nothing about computers, so it was a great help. Great to know there is such a helpful computer shop in Warwick.

I took my computer into this store on Thursday. By Friday afternoon I had a text to say my computer was ready for pick up. The gentleman who served me could not have been any more polite or helpful. I was very impressed.

The staff are always welcoming and take the time to understand the reason for the visit.On completion of the job time is taken to explain what the problem was and what was done to fix it. I also received emails during the year with helpful hints on scams etc and how to avoid the traps.I do recommend this business
